As your child uses the app, we store:

  • Energy check-ins and mood reflections (stored privately)

  • Meditation and activity completion times

  • In-app preferences (such as sound settings or selected characters)

Note:
All creative content and personal reflections remain private to your family and are never used for analytics, AI training, marketing, or any purpose beyond providing the educational experience.

4.3 Technical & Functional Data

To ensure the app works properly, we collect minimal technical information:

  • Device type and operating system (for compatibility)

  • Anonymous, aggregated usage patterns (e.g., which features are most used — no personal identification)

  • Error logs (only when issues occur, to help us fix technical problems)

We do not collect:

  • Location data

  • Biometric data

  • Camera access

  • Microphone access

  • Refuse Further Collection by deleting the account

  • Manage Settings including feature access and privacy preferences

  • Secure cloud storage with access controls

  • Regular security updates and audits

  • Password-protected parent accounts

  • Active Accounts: Data is retained while the account is active

  • Deleted Accounts: Data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion request

    (Stripe processes payment information directly; we never see or store credit card details.)

All partners are contractually prohibited from using children’s data for their own purposes and must meet or exceed COPPA and GDPR standards.

We do not use:

  • Third-party analytics that identify individual children

  • Essential Session Data: Required for login and functionality (automatically deleted when the app closes)
